About PeopleNet Ltd

Corinne Carr, Responsible Reward Consultant and Coach, PeopleNet Ltd

A London-based remuneration consultancy set up in 1998 specialising in Responsible Reward:
the integration of remuneration and sustainability strategies

The achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2030 drives all my work. My services range from assisting Reward teams to supporting investors and corporate governance teams. This has led to:

  • better engagement between portfolio companies and fund managers on remuneration matters
  • tighter alignment of internal pay practices and external executive pay expectations
  • an integrated offering to my clients, looking at base pay, incentives, benefits and pensions through a sustainability lens

Over the past 30 years, my clients have included international public and privately-owned firms in financial services, energy, technology and retail. For more details, please see my client portfolio and their testimonials. I have also worked with the UK Cabinet Office, Department for Education and HM Prison Service on highly sensitive assignments.

Thought leadership: speaking opportunities

With the exponential growth of interest in Responsible Reward from both employers and investors, I am regularly invited to speak at conferences in the UK and internationally on the topic of Responsible Reward.

If you’d like me to speak at your event too, please email esg@peoplenet.ltd.uk.

My journey to setting up PeopleNet Ltd

Prior to setting up PeopleNet Ltd in 1998, I worked for Bank of America as a Reward specialist for seven years. I hold an MBA (EUA, San Francisco) majoring in Finance and International Business Management.

Having completed numerous clients’ Reward assignments up to board level and graduated from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I was awarded Chartered Fellow status (Chartered FCIPD) in 2001.

I grew up in Paris where I first studied HR and am bilingual in French and English. I have two grown-up sons and in my spare time, I am a keen runner, swimmer and practice yoga.

Reward underpins all the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
I have a personal interest in Goal #5 Gender Equality and Goal #10 Reduced Inequalities.
